Two Medicines Birth

This birth course was birthed from love of the human body and the human soul.

To honor the dignity of the human person in pregnancy. birth and postpartum is often overlooked these days in the current atmosphere surrounding birth. The mystery of the Soul's part to play and the beauty of the human body in birth is not at the top of mosts minds. This courses aim is to arm you with the armor of spiritual and physical medicine going into your birth. To enter the great mysterious passageway and come out the new mother, new woman, new wife on the other side with dignity and immeasurable confidence in your strength.

There are seven modules to this course to work through.

How to get a baby in a good position, why this matters for birth and postpartum for your pelvic floor.

This will be filled with 6 different Movement and Birth Ball video classes for you to take to help you and baby get into a good position.

Clearing the Emotional Path

Entering Motherhood is a wonderful pathway, that can be clouded by other things.

Emotionally prepare for birth and motherhood by working through Journal Prompts.

There will be Journal prompts & different video meditations to help clear the heart & mind.

Primal Preparation

Learn the importance of connecting to your instincts and primal power. Your body is a body is a mammal, its primal and beautiful.

There will be birth visualization classes to explore your primal birthing voice and bodies instinctual language.
